When is check-in time?
Basically from 16.00 and until 23.00, Sundays we have a day off, check-in is possible without any problems, we will inform you in advance.

…and check out?
Until 11.00 am. Reception is open from 08.00 on weekends from 08.30. If you wish to leave earlier, please check out the evening before.

Can we charge the electric car?
Yes, we have three charging stations, partly powered by our own solar and CHP electricity, billing is via the usual roaming cards (e.g. ADAC) or by credit card.

When is breakfast served?
During the week from 06.00 to ten, at weekends from 07.00.

Are dogs allowed
Yes on request. Similar to humans, if well behaved, we charge € 20,- extra per pet and stay.
And yes, we know that’s a cat on the left, but if you take a look around you’ll see why ;-P

Parking

There are sometimes too few directly in front of the house. Look at the double garage, use the white marked spaces on the street or drive 100 meters further (before the train on the right) and park at the train station.

Where are we allowed to smoke?
The entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel, please use the streetcar or the outdoor area. We are happy about every cigarette butt that finds its way into an ashtray.

How do we reach the reception?
By telephone on +49 7851 3600. Sometimes there is a tape running at the weekend, just press “5” and you will be connected directly to us

How do we get to Strasbourg?
The easiest way is by train. The train station is 50 meters from the hotel, the journey takes about 15 minutes without changing trains. The appropriate ticket is called Europass Family mini (valid for 2 adults and up to 2 children) for 24 hours from the time of purchase. Tickets are available from the ticket machine at the front of the station.

Are you looking for a supermarket, doctor or pharmacy?
Google or ChatGpt are usually more up-to-date than guests A-Z. If in doubt, please ask us at reception.

What is the WLAN password?
Hirsch3600!
The SSIDs are Hotel Hirsch or Hotel Hirsch 2, whichever is better depending on the radio quality.
