We cannot offer working from home, civil servant status and fixed coffee breaks. As restaurateurs, we live from our guests and work when they have time. Mostly in the evening, often on public holidays and sometimes several guests come at the same time.

Nevertheless, we are convinced that it can be great to work with us. There are employees in all areas who have been with us for more than ten years. If something is wrong, there is always someone there to listen. We celebrate together, plan days off together and coordinate vacations. Wir feiern zusammen, planen gemeinsam freie Tage und stimmen den Urlaub ab. Partial service is the exception.

We are always happy to meet great people. Friendliness is the be-all and end-all, from the first to the last guest contact. If you can’t find a suitable vacancy, just get in touch anyway. Sometimes the boss just doesn’t know yet that we need an employee.

Service staff with trainer qualification (m/f/x)

Welcoming guests, bringing them to the table, advising them when ordering, serving food – we also carve at the table, smile a lot and are polite – that’s what we do.

We like to work and preferably a lot, i.e. a certain stress resistance should not be missing. We have regular Half-board service and à la carte on the side. We like our guests and live from the fact that they come back, i.e. a pronounced claim to the quality of our own work is part of it for us.

This is what we are looking for:

You as a full-time service employee
You are friendly, bright, motivated
You have completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist
and/or work experience
and a completed trainer aptitude examination

With us you can expect

5-day week, usually max. one part-time shift per week
Start of work approx. 16.00 h
Saturdays are a regular part of this
Sundays are usually free
Working time is recorded electronically, there are no unpaid overtime minutes!
Company vacations in summer (school vacations) and winter.
Minimum 7 weeks of vacation per year
Good, performance-related pay is a matter of course for us, including bonuses, special payments, etc.
